What file formats do you accept?
Print-ready PDF is best. We also accept AI, EPS, PSD, INDD packages, high-resolution JPG and PNG. If you only have a Word or Canva file, send it over and we'll tell you what's needed.
How fast can you turn a job around?
Most standard products are ready in 2–3 business days after proof approval. Rush and same-day service is available on flyers, business cards, posters, coroplast signs and vinyl banners. Tell us your deadline in the quote form and we'll confirm what's possible.
Do you have minimum order quantities?
Most products start at 25–100 pieces, and large format signs and banners can be ordered as a single piece. Apparel and promotional items typically start at 12–24 units.
Can you design the artwork?
Yes. We offer design and file setup for a flat fee on most products. Ask about it when you request your quote.
Do you ship outside the Sacramento area?
Yes. We ship anywhere in the United States via UPS and FedEx. Local customers can pick up from our Citrus Heights store at no charge.
